The Dorito Sandwich

While driving down the freeway today an old flavor came to mind. This flavor was the property of a sandwich created by my cousin, brother and myself. I was 7 at the time.

The name of this creation was called the Dorito Sandwich. I present to you the recipe for this brilliant sandwich- Circa 1980:

2 Slices of White Webber Bread
1 Slice of Ham (Not the fancy organic-gourmet ham that you see at the grocery store nowaday. The down and dirty processed Farmer John Ham.
5-6 Dorito Chips
Plenty of Mayo

Spread a generous helping of mayo on both slices of bread. Place slice of ham on bread. Place Doritos on ham. Place 2nd slice of bread on top of Doritos and press firmly. Enjoy the crunch and flavor of the great Dorito Sandwich! For maximum flavor, add a few Dorito chips on the side of your plate!

Escaping the Prison of the Intellect

This is my 2nd Deepak audio book and he has impacted me on both. On my solo drive to Vegas last week, I listened to "Escaping the Prison of the Intellect" by Deepak Chopra.

This recording makes one think about the meaning of our existence and how our matter is that of all the matter in the Universe. Therefore, possibilities are limitless and only bound by our lack of believing. There is so much more. I will be listening to it again this week.
